Dinner Rolls recipe

Ingredients

1 pouch 375g PK Foods Flour Mix

440 mls – 15 fl oz Warm water

1 Tsp Granulated sugar

1 ½ Tsp Fast acting dry yeast

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375OF, 180OC or gas mark 5.

2. Dissolve sugar in warm water, add yeast and stir well, leave to stand for 10 minutes and stir well to remove foam.

3. Add 1 pouch P.K.U mix to yeast mixture and stir until mix is just moistened.

4. Using an electric mixer beat the batter for 3 minutes on medium speed.

5. Fill oiled muffin tins ½ full. Let rise ¼ “above edge of pan.

6. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until golden brown.
