Pineapple Loaf

Ingredients

225g - 8oz P.K Foods Flour Mix

80g - 3oz Caster sugar

2 Tsp Barkat Baking powder

½ Tsp Cinnamon

100ml - 4ozs Pineapple juice

2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

100g - 4ozs Crushed pineapple

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F, 160˚ or gas mark 4.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together.

3. Add pineapple, pineapple juice and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Beat well.

4. Grease or oil a small loaf tin. Pour batter into tin.

5. Bake for approx 45 minutes or until golden brown.
