Pineapple Muffins

Ingredients

225gm – 8oz P.K Foods Flour Mix

85g – 3oz Caster sugar

2 tsp Barkat Baking powder

½ Tsp Cinnamon

50g – 2oz Pineapple juice

50g – 2oz Oil

125ml – 4oz Crushed pineapple, drained

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F, 160 ° C or gas mark 4.

2. Using an electric mixer, mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Add crushed pineapple and mix in well.

3. Place muffin paper in muffin tins fill each case ¾ full.

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
