Sweet Rolls with Jam / Jelly

Ingredients

1 package (375g) P.K Foods Flour Mix

3 Tbsp Sugar

1 ½ Fast-acting dry yeast

440 – 15floz Warm water (105 - 110 oF)**

2 Tbsp Jam or marmalade

Method

1. Pre heat oven to 375 ˚F, 180 ˚C or gas mark 5.

2. Add sugar to warm water, stir and add yeast. Leave to stand for 10 – 15 minutes.

3. Add 1 pouch mix to yeast mixture and stir until mix is just moistened.

4. Using an electric mixer beat the batter for 3 minutes at medium speed.

5. After beating ¼ fill greased muffin tin. Divide jam between the 12 rolls. Add the rest of batter to the tins. (They should just be over half full).

6. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
