Sweet Rolls with Spices

Ingredients

1 pouch (375g) P.K Foods Flour Mix

3 Tbsp Sugar

1 ½ Fast-acting dry yeast

440ml or 15floz Warm water (105 - 110 ˚F)

Spices:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375 ˚F, 180 ˚C or gas mark 5.

2. Add sugar to warm water, stir and add yeast. Leave to stand 10 – 15 minutes.

3. Add the spice to P.k.u mix and add both to yeast mixture. Stir until mix is just moistened.

4. Using an electric mixer beat the batter for 3 minutes at medium speed.

5. After beating, half fill greased muffin tin with batter.

6. Leave to prove for 30 – 45 minutes in warm, moist place.

7. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until golden brown.
